Abstract

The year 2023 marked a period of significant strengthening in the management of an educational center in Manaus, AM. This strengthening process is the result of a series of strategic initiatives and actions implemented throughout the year, with the aim of improving the quality of teaching, administrative management, and the participation of the school community. In this context, it is essential to analyze the main aspects that contributed to this progress. The research was based on a qualitative approach with a descriptive paradigm. Specific criteria were established for the selection of materials, including thematic relevance, academic rigor, and timeliness. Works that directly addressed educational management and its strengthening were included, selecting studies published in high-impact scientific journals and books by recognized authors in the field. Research published in the last ten years was prioritized, without excluding classic texts that remain fundamental for theoretical understanding. Regarding exclusion criteria, materials that did not focus on educational management or whose relevance to the specific context of Manaus was limited were discarded, as well as studies that did not meet minimum standards of methodological and academic rigor. The combination of these criteria ensured a robust and relevant theoretical basis for the analysis of educational management in the Manaus center. Aspects that contributed to the advancement of the educational center in Manaus in 2023 include the implementation of participatory management practices, investment in training and professional development programs for teachers and administrators, and the adoption of educational technologies and management tools.
